Our Management team is a highly experienced group of individuals that bring to the Company an accomplished track record in various industries. The Management team has over 100 years of combined experience in the plastic packaging industry and specifically over 75 years within the bottled water industry. However, all this experience does not lead to the same old thinking. PCS management is open, willing and dedicated to new and exciting changes, along with opportunities that set new standards for our company, our customers, our industry and the world at large. We make great products and we make them right the first time. From the bottom up and the top down, quality is everything for everyone.

PCS may be new to you, but its ’ plastic and blow-molding capabilities is not! Those with industry talent and business skill sets purchased the Polycarbonate assets of DuPont/Liqui-Box on May 14th, 2009 to be a formidable provider to an established industry and product.

It was only 35 years ago, that a returnable and recyclable plastic 5 gallon water bottle was introduced to the Bottled Water Industry and to the world. After 13 years of research and dedication this bottle changed the water industry as it replaced glass with plastic bottles. The PC 5 gallon bottle was invented and patented by Carl and Shirley Frahm of the late Reid Valve Company. Reid Valve was started by O.S. “Scotty” Reid, shortly after World War II. Many years later, Scotty’s great grandson J. Scott Lilley is the CEO of PolyCycle Solutions, LLC. Scott is still living and breathing his Grandparents dream of innovation and profitability of doing good by all who make, use, dispose, recycle and reuse plastic products. Scott believes that our footprint does matter and we must make it as small as possible in every aspect of our life, including plastics.
